Shipping
Publications are automatically printed and shipped after the order has been processed. It is therefore impossible to cancel orders.
All Boomdoc publications are shipped in padded, sealed envelopes and are processed by TNT. If a publication is nevertheless damaged during shipping, please return it immediately in its original packaging. For more information on returning publications, see Returns.
Shipping costs
All prices on the website are inclusive of VAT and shipping costs. Customers are not required to pay any additional shipping costs.
Delivery period
The paper version of the publication is printed as soon as Boomdoc has received your payment (see Printing On Demand. Publications are therefore never out of stock. It can take some time to process payments and print, package and ship publications. Boomdoc guarantees that your publication will be delivered within five days.
In the unlikely event that you have still not received your publication after five working days, please contact the customer service department. Send the confirmation email you received at the time of your purchase to boomdoc@budh.nl. Boomdoc’s customer service department will then contact you as swiftly as possible.
There is no delivery time for downloading publications. Publications can be downloaded as quickly as your internet service provider (ISP) allows.
